1. About Sunsaa

Sunsaa is a premium eco-friendly car fragrance brand based in India, operating through sunsaa.in (the "Website"). Our products are handcrafted using real fragrance oils with zero alcohol formulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on sunsaa.in. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including fragrance descriptions, images, and dimensions. Slight variations in product appearance may occur due to screen display differences or batch variations in natural ingredients — this does not constitute a defect.

Sunsaa products contain oud and natural fragrance oils. Please check the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities before use.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
  • Sunsaa does not store your payment credentials on our servers

5. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Sunsaa. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund processed immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on sunsaa.in — including the Sunsaa name, logo, product photography, fragrance names, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Sunsaa. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunsaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana India.

9. Modifications

Sunsaa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
