1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499 — Free shipping across India
- Orders below ₹499 — Flat shipping fee applied at checkout
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where Sunsaa has made an error in fulfilment.
4. Courier Partners
We partner with reputed courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, please inspect the package before signing. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged:
- Refuse the delivery and ask the delivery agent to return it
- Contact us immediately at customercaresunsaa@gmail.com with photos
Accepting a visibly damaged package may limit your ability to raise a return claim later.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Sunsaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. A re-shipping fee may apply for returned orders due to address errors.
7. Pin Code Availability
We ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery reach.
