Refund policy

We stand by the quality of every Sunsaa product. If something is not right, we will make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is missing from your order
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fragrance preference, or once the product seal has been opened or the product has been used.
2. How to Raise a Request
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear unboxing video (360° preferred) showing the issue
- Photos of the package, shipping label, and product
Email your request to customercaresunsaa@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request — [Order Number]
Note: Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery without documented proof may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Process

4. Replacements
In most cases of product damage or incorrect delivery, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost rather than a refund. If the replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed.
5. Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, or if an order is returned undelivered due to an incorrect address, Sunsaa reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling charges before initiating any refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Email us immediately at customercaresunsaa@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
